Eternally True Entity

In Japji Sahib, at the very outset,
Guru Nanak Dev Ji declares that the everlasting truth in this world is the
existence of Almighty. He has always
been true, is presently true and shall forever remain true.
(In the) beginning true,
(at the) commencement (of) ages true.
Even (now,
Almighty)
is true,
Nanak (says,
He) shall
(ever) be true.
Apart from Almighty, everything else in
this world is transient, thereby existing only in one’s perception and is thus
a veil of falsehood. Moreover, everything
over a period of time, vanishes by changing its shape and transforming itself
into something else. This shows that
everything in this creation is interconnected and thus linked to each other.
